By completing and submitting this form, you grant permission for your image, voice, and/or appearance captured during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes.

Please read the following carefully before signing.

Grant of Rights

I hereby grant the event organizers the irrevocable, royalty-free right to use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and any other media captured of me during the event for the following purposes:

• Social media posts and campaigns

• Website and digital marketing materials

• Print publications, brochures, and flyers

• Any other promotional or educational purposes

Agreement

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am 18 years of age or older, or I am the parent/legal guardian of the minor named above.

• I have read and understood this waiver and agree to its terms.

• I understand this release is binding and I waive any right to compensation for the use of my likeness.
